Job Summary
Senior Marketing Manager leading strategy and execution across SEO, content, growth, and marketing operations. Owns organic growth, SEO initiatives, website management, and cross-channel campaigns. Builds and manages marketing initiatives with AI-driven approaches, leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and performance. Responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies across digital channels, coordinating campaigns, supporting revenue-focused marketing, social media production (Instagram, Facebook, X), content creation (blogs, PR, promotional materials), and ensuring brand consistency. Technical SEO leadership, website projects using ASTRO/WordPress/headless CMS, analytics-driven optimization, and ongoing optimization of marketing workflows and systems. The role emphasizes proactive execution, cross-functional collaboration, and an AI-first approach to content, research, workflows, and automation. The day-to-day focuses on reviewing performance, coordinating content and campaigns, website updates, collaborating with design/dev teams, building AI-assisted workflows, and driving organic growth metrics across digital channels.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior marketing, growth, or marketing operations role
- Strong expertise in Technical SEO and organic growth strategies
- Experience managing websites using ASTRO, WordPress, or headless CMS platforms
- Experience with Google Ads, backlink analysis, and SEO tools
- Strong understanding of AI tools and their use in marketing workflows
- Experience managing marketing projects and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities
- Ability to independently manage and execute marketing initiatives
