Job Summary
Senior Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing Operations leading high-impact digital marketing initiatives across SEO, content, growth, and marketing operations. Owns driving organic growth, managing marketing systems and workflows, overseeing website and SEO initiatives, coordinating campaigns, and leveraging AI tools to improve speed, scalability, and marketing performance. Responsibilities include developing and executing marketing initiatives across multiple digital channels, managing content and social media (Instagram, Facebook, X), leading technical SEO, website management with ASTRO/WordPress/headless CMS, overseeing marketing workflows and reporting, coordinating campaigns with internal teams and external partners, and building AI-assisted marketing workflows to drive efficiency. The role requires proactive, execution-focused, AI-driven leadership capable of independently building and managing marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior marketing, growth, or marketing operations role
- Strong expertise in Technical SEO and organic growth strategies
- Experience managing websites using ASTRO, WordPress, or headless CMS platforms
- Experience with Google Ads, backlink analysis, and SEO tools
- Strong understanding of AI tools and their use in marketing workflows
- Experience managing marketing projects and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities
- Ability to independently manage and execute marketing initiatives
