Senior Marketing Manager

Job Summary
Senior Marketing Manager responsible for owning and delivering marketing strategy and outcomes for a defined portfolio of businesses, solutions or segments. Acts as the primary marketing partner to senior business stakeholders, translating growth priorities into integrated, insight-led marketing plans balancing brand building, demand creation and sales enablement. Lead planning and execution of multi-channel activity, monitor and report on marketing performance across brand, engagement, pipeline and conversion metrics, and coach junior and mid-level marketers to build capability across the team. The role requires 7-10 years of marketing experience, proven stakeholder partnership, ability to connect marketing to business strategy, and a tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or related discipline (or equivalent experience). The position is based in Auckland, New Zealand, and is a hybrid role with a minimum in-office presence of three days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, business or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Typically, 7-10 years’ experience in marketing roles within a corporate or agency environment
- Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders in complex organisations
- Experience owning and delivering integrated marketing plans
- People leadership experience
- Strong, trusted partnerships with business stakeholders
- Able to connect marketing activity to business strategy and commercial outcomes
- Confident influencing, challenging and aligning stakeholders around priorities
- Comfortable managing complexity, ambiguity and competing demands
- Uses data, insight and experience to inform decisions and recommendations
- Works effectively across teams, practices and global counterparts
