Senior Marketing Manager LEGO® DUPLO® and LEGO® Classic (12-month temp. position)

Job Summary
Lead strategic development for LEGO DUPLO and LEGO Classic portfolios by synthesizing sales performance, demand planning data and brand tracking to guide portfolio decisions. Act as the marketing lead toward preschool IP partners, align brand fit and commercial impact, and navigate cross-functional collaboration to keep strategies executable. Monitor portfolio health across core and licensed lines, identify growth levers and risks, and transform insights into strategic recommendations while maintaining the Project Portfolio Overview system for future cycles. Support the Preschool Marketing mission to connect preschool families with the LEGO Brand through play, driving business results and lifelong engagement. The role includes building a portfolio strategy that balances Homegrown core propositions with world-class IP partnerships, and operating within a hybrid work policy (average of 3 days per week in the office) at a Billund, Denmark location.
Required Qualifications
- Business or marketing degree, or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience in marketing, preferably in a global or regional role
- Comfortable using business analytics to challenge senior partners with clear, data-led insight
- Excellent interpersonal skills to present complex narratives clearly and build alignment across business areas and geographies
- Commercial judgment across diverse portfolios, including core propositions and high-profile IP partnerships
