Job Summary
Senior Local Store Marketing Manager for José Andrés Group at The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad, serving as the dedicated in-market marketing lead for JAG’s restaurant portfolio. Develop and execute integrated marketing plans, build and manage relationships with local tastemakers, concierges, luxury partners, and the hotel community, and drive guest traffic and event visibility. Lead cross-functional marketing initiatives with agency partners, internal teams, and property marketing to ensure alignment with brand positioning and luxury standards. Oversee events, partnerships, and content production, coordinate with hotel marketing on cross-promotion, and optimize campaigns across digital channels to achieve business priorities in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, restaurant, lifestyle, or experiential marketing.
- Strong understanding of the NYC hospitality, cultural, and luxury landscape.
- Proven experience executing integrated marketing campaigns, community marketing, partnerships, and events from strategy through delivery and measurement.
- Experience managing external partners across PR, paid media, content, and design.
- Experience supporting hotel F&B outlets and event-driven businesses.
- Existing relationships within NYC hospitality, media, and business communities.
- Strong operational instincts with the ability to manage multiple priorities and execute in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
- Highly collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
