Job Summary
Senior Marketing Manager – Innovation leads end-to-end innovation for KFC Thailand across product platforms, overseeing a two-person team (two Senior Brand Managers). Responsible for Innovation Strategy, Ideation, Consumer Research, Store Testing, and Portfolio Sales Management, plus Agency and Franchisee capability building. Expected to build strong relationships and influence senior stakeholders across Franchisee leaders, cross-functional teams, and agencies.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading marketing teams in a consumer brand environment
- Proven track record in innovation strategy, ideation, and consumer research
- Experience with store testing and portfolio sales management
- Strong stakeholder management across franchisees and agencies
- Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams
- Experience in fast-moving consumer goods or QSR preferred
