Job Summary
Senior Marketing Manager to architect and lead integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline for the sales team, with emphasis on demand generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to scale Marketing Qualified Accounts and accelerate net-new pipeline. Partners with Sales, BDRs, Product Marketing, Brand, and Partner teams; collaborates on campaign launches, annual marketing calendar, and budget governance; fosters cross-functional alignment to maximize resources and drive revenue. Oversees data-driven program optimization, insights reporting, and ROI across marketing programs; drives high-quality lead delivery and hand-off efficiency with the BDR team; manages agency relationships and budgets; provides strategic guidance to executive leadership and ensures timely execution of multiple concurrent workstreams.
Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years of professional experience (3+ years of experience in marketing)
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field preferred OR equivalent work experience
- B2B (preferably SaaS) marketing experience
- Ability to manage budgets and analyze reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication, editing and proofreading skills
- Proficiency with Google Analytics
- Experience with Marketing Automation systems (Marketo preferred)
- Proficiency in Salesforce
- Experience working directly with Sales teams
