Senior Marketing Manager

Job Summary
Develop and execute marketing initiatives to drive business and brand growth in Singapore and the region, managing digital and performance marketing functions. Lead the annual marketing plan, oversee budget management, and optimize campaigns against KPIs through detailed monthly and quarterly reporting. Build and manage sponsorships and strategic partnerships while ensuring all collateral and content adhere to brand guidelines. Set digital strategy across Search, Display, Paid Social, Mobile, Affiliates, and SEO, overseeing a third-party agency for media planning. Take ownership of Paid Digital channels including Google Ads, Meta, X, YouTube, and Reddit to drive acquisition and brand leads. Manage administrative duties and support the Head of Marketing, with occasional availability on public holidays, evenings, or weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 12-15+ years in marketing
- preferably with experience in digital/performance marketing and/or growth marketing
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field of study
- Creative and articulate with a good understanding of brand and natural commercial mindset
- Previous experience building and managing brands and budgets
- Experience working with agencies
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Project management and organisational skills
- Previous managerial experience
- Data driven, strong numeral literacy
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a varied workload and tight deadlines
