Job Summary
Senior Marketing Events Specialist to lead end-to-end planning and execution of conferences, trade shows, executive dinners, webinars, regional events, and virtual experiences. Collaborate with Demand Generation to develop integrated event campaigns, manage budgets, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders, and travel as needed for in-person events. Role involves partnering with executive leadership and customer-facing teams to drive brand awareness, pipeline growth, and measurable event performance. Based in the New York City area or the East Coast with ability to travel regularly to NYC and industry events. Salary range $80K-$100K.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or related marketing roles
- Demonstrated experience planning and executing events like conferences, trade shows, webinars, executive events, and customer-facing programs
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
- Experience partnering directly with executive leadership and customer-facing teams
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, social media platforms) and event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent, Zoom Events, Swoogo, etc)
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed for events
