Job Summary
Senior marketing leadership role focused on AI-driven growth for a US-based SaaS/AI company. Responsibilities include prototyping and launching AI-powered marketing workflows (e.g., GPT-driven audience segmentation, personalized messages, AI-generated landing pages), building MVPs of growth experiments with no-code/low-code tools, automating repetitive workflows, translating AI model capabilities into differentiated value propositions, developing compelling positioning and messaging, collaborating with product and engineering to launch AI features, and building relationships with AI communities to expand reach. Preference for candidates based in the Twin Cities area, with remote candidates encouraged to apply; location: Minneapolis–Saint Paul metro area. Required: Bachelor’s degree, 5-7 years in product/growth/marketing, proficiency with AI tools and analytics platforms; US citizenship required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in product, growth, or performance marketing, ideally in SaaS or AI-enabled technology
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools such as Claude Code, OpenClaw, autonomous agents, and custom GPTs to accelerate marketing workflows and improve performance
- Proven track record designing and executing data-driven, experiment-led growth strategies
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex AI concepts
- Experience running tests, optimizing funnels, and working with tools such as GA4, HubSpot, or Mixpanel
- United States citizenship is required.
