Job Summary
Develop creatives for social ads across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Display, while designing visual concepts for landing pages using our AI-assisted page builder. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency, execute creative concepts that engage target audiences, and continuously optimize ad performance based on feedback and data. Create reports, infographics, and presentation designs, maintaining a structured approach to managing multiple priorities in a remote-first environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of graphic design experience
- In-depth knowledge of common design tools such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience in creating static and motion ads (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- First experience in working with AI assistants to draft out concepts and visuals
- Ability to understand the needs of our users
- Strong sense of aesthetics
- Excellent communication skills
- Structured approach to your work
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Desired Qualifications
- Experience, preferably in social media advertising and marketing
