Job Summary
Senior Marketing Data Analyst role at Braze focusing on owning and standardizing top-of-funnel performance analysis across Marketing and New Business channels, defining KPIs and dashboards, evolving attribution models with BI, conducting in-depth marketing campaign analysis and forecasting, ensuring data integrity between Marketing systems and Salesforce, and building cross-functional partnerships. Required Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Revenue/Marketing Operations at a B2B SaaS or fintech company
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets for data querying, extraction, and analysis; strong working knowledge of Snowflake and data warehousing concepts
- Proficiency in Tableau or other data visualization tools (Tableau strongly preferred); familiarity with BI tools such as Looker
- Experience with Sales & Marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, LeanData, and Outreach
- Proven track record designing, rolling out, and maintaining KPI frameworks and dashboards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to craft compelling narratives and convey complex concepts to both business and technical stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional partnerships and drive alignment across teams
