Job Summary
Senior Marketing Data Analyst to turn complex data into actionable growth strategies across CAC, LTV, attribution, and data infrastructure. You’ll act as the analytical engine of the marketing team, optimize campaign performance, own the Marketing Source of Truth, and lead the setup and optimization of the marketing data warehouse. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Marketing (Brand/Content/Social), Sales/CRM, and Finance to measure KPI for launches, diagnose funnel leakage, develop sophisticated audience segments, and drive decisions with clean, reliable data. The role requires 7+ years in marketing analytics or related fields, strong SQL and visualization skills (Tableau), experience with GA4/Heap/Amplitude, HubSpot, and a proactive, cross-functional mindset. Language fluency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus. The position offers remote-first flexibility with hub locations in Toronto and Austin, and a global, distributed team environment.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or data science (preferably in a B2B SaaS or high-growth B2C environment)
- Proficiency in Tableau, GA4, Heap, Amplitude
- CRM system (HubSpot)
- SQL
- Fluency in English (required); Mandarin a plus
