Job Summary
Senior Marketing Data Analyst at KPMG Netherlands. You will build dashboards and reports in Power BI, link and structure data sources into a reliable whole, set up measurement plans, implement tracking (Google Tag Manager or Adobe Launch) and ensure tags, triggers and data layers function correctly. You will create forecasts and scenario analyses, monitor KPIs, translate data into actionable insights and practical recommendations for marketing and reputation teams. You will coach and share knowledge, work with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure data quality and GDPR/compliance. You’ll collaborate with Marketing & Reputation, Data, and IT to make data actionable, ensuring privacy and compliance, and help teams make faster, better decisions. The role emphasizes data storytelling, cross-functional collaboration, and driving strategic decisions through robust analytics within a hybrid work environment.
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of demonstrable experience in marketing analytics, data-analysis and/or business intelligence
- Strong skills in Power BI, Excel and SQL
- Experience with linking datab sources and building datastructures enabling automated reports
- Knowledge of privacy rules (AVG/GDPR) and understanding of data compliance in practice
- Strategic thinking and translating complex questions into clear insights
- Strong communication in Dutch and English; Agile experience is a plus
