Job Summary
Senior Marketing Coordinator for a professional services firm in Alexandria, VA. Manages pursuits and proposals from kickoff to submission, directs multiple campaigns to meet tight deadlines, and shapes messaging and content. Responsibilities include strategic copywriting, visual design and collateral production, WordPress website updates, social media coordination, media and event planning, and market understanding to drive marketing efficacy. Requires 3+ years of marketing experience with proposals/pursuits, a Bachelor’s degree, strong writing/editing skills, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign/Illustrator) and WordPress; RFQ/RFP lifecycle familiarity and an eye for high-end brand alignment are desired. Temp-to-hire employment type; located in Alexandria, VA with in-person work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of marketing experience with a focus on proposals and pursuits
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related discipline
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign and Illustrator)
- Familiarity with WordPress
- Strong writing, editing, and interpersonal communication skills
- Solid graphic design aptitude and aesthetic sense
- Familiarity with RFQ/RFP and interview-prep lifecycles
