Senior Marketing Coordinator

Senior Marketing & Communications Coordinator supports planning, development, and execution of marketing, communications, and community engagement initiatives across Deaconess Health System. Serves as a key liaison between operational leaders, service lines, and the Marketing & Communications team, helping coordinate projects, develop content, manage campaigns, and ensure timely delivery of strategic communications and marketing initiatives. Coordinate and execute marketing, communications, public relations, social media, and promotional initiatives in support of organizational goals. Develop, edit, and distribute internal and external communications, marketing materials, digital content, and social media content across a variety of channels. Manage projects from intake through completion, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are met. Collaborate with operational leaders, physicians and service lines to identify communication and marketing needs. Assist with campaign planning, implementation, reporting, and performance tracking. Support media relations, community engagement activities, events and sponsorships efforts as assigned. Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency across all communications, marketing materials, and digital platforms.
