Job Summary
Lead coordination and production of marketing and business development materials, including proposals, presentations, and brochures with both written and graphic content. Maintain and update marketing resources and databases within Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint and OpenAsset while managing outreach to internal teams and external consultants. Take initiative on special projects such as social media and PR, and provide training and support to fellow team members. This role involves working directly with the Senior Marketing Manager and Director of Business Development to guide junior coordinators. Based in NYC, the position requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction firms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing within an Architecture, Engineering, or Construction firm
- High proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint
- Strong graphic design and layout skills
- Ability to work either autonomously or collaboratively, resolving challenges effectively
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work on concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Adaptable with a strong work ethic and a positive, collaborative attitude; expected to provide training and support to fellow team members
