Job Summary
Lead integrated marketing communications strategies and execute global campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and shared channels for Medtronic's Neuromodulation portfolio. Develop annual campaign plans, translate clinical evidence into compelling messaging, and drive content strategy including digital assets, webinars, and sales enablement tools. Partner with cross-functional teams to influence stakeholders, manage agency partners, and ensure consistent brand experience across customer touchpoints. Provide direct people leadership by hiring, coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing marketing talent while measuring performance against business goals. This onsite role in Minneapolis supports complex product launches and therapy awareness initiatives within a matrixed global organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of people or program managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of people or program managerial experience
- For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing people, including coaching, mentoring, and managing performance
- Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution
- Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives within a matrixed organization
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and lead across teams
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or another highly regulated industry
- Consumer or direct-to-consumer marketing experience, including patient engagement and therapy awareness campaigns
- Experience supporting global product launches and market development initiatives
- Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing, customer journey development, CRM, marketing automation, and digital marketing
- Experience leveraging AI and marketing technologies to improve campaign development and performance
- Experience managing creative agencies and external marketing partners
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into strategic recommendations
