Job Summary
Own and execute NxB-led marketing campaigns positioning Nexus Black as the leading industrial AI provider, translating product launches and customer proof points into executable GTM strategies across Resolve, Comply, and Flow. Drive inbound and net-new demand while prioritizing development based on pipeline gaps, regional targets, and product milestones. Partner with Product Marketing to convert positioning into external-facing messaging and collaborate with sales, BDRs, and solution teams to empower outreach with assets for ABM plays and webinars. Architect and operate an AI-first marketing stack using Claude Cowork and Claude Design to compress workflows, evaluate new capabilities, and integrate tools into the HubSpot ecosystem. Manage ongoing budget tracking, vendor invoicing, and flag variances to the Head of Marketing. Own the creation of high-impact content for field service leaders and operations executives, while optimizing nexusblack.com through A/B testing and SEO collaboration. Report on results, remove blockers, and share best practices to refine execution against KPIs like pipeline contribution and marketing-influenced revenue.
Required Qualifications
- Proven success in a similar role within an enterprise software sales organization
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure, meet deadlines, and able to navigate a matrix organization to leverage direction and support required
- Skilled relationship builder with exceptional polish; team player with demonstrated ability to influence and partner with internal and external stakeholders
- Good presentation skills and ability to interact with internal/external customers
- Ability to act with tact and discretion and a sense of humor
- Resourceful and reliable in the identification of solutions and handling of complex situations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with business level command of English as well as appropriate local language for the market within which the role is based
