Job Summary
Senior Marketing Analyst role focused on converting data into actionable marketing insights. Responsibilities include generating key insights from internal and external data to inform and optimize marketing channel strategies; partnering with marketing managers and specialists to design, implement, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests across customer journeys (onboarding, engagement, retention, cross-sell); modeling and forecasting the impact of changes; developing a structured incrementality testing framework; contributing to attribution and lifecycle analytics across engagement, retention, and cross-sell; owning analytical projects and identifying growth opportunities; monitoring key marketing metrics and communicating results to marketing managers and senior stakeholders. Ideal candidates are highly analytical, comfortable working with large datasets and campaign performance, proficient in SQL and/or NLQ, capable of communicating insights succinctly, and experienced collaborating across cross-functional teams. Added bonus: exposure to Python and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and understanding of customer segmentation or experimentation frameworks.
