Job Summary
Senior Marketing Analyst at Twin Health responsible for owning measurement and insights across marketing channels (email, direct mail, digital). Drive how we measure performance, design and read experiments, build data models for reporting, and translate complex analyses into recommendations for leadership. Partner with channel owners, data engineering, finance, and product to align on attribution and measurement standards; develop end-to-end digital analytics including event tracking and tagging strategy; quantify channel contributions with marketing mix and attribution models; design and analyze A/B and multivariate tests; build reliable, well-documented data models in Snowflake using dbt and SQL; integrate data from martech/ad platforms via APIs; translate analysis into decision-ready narratives for senior leadership; leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude) to accelerate analysis; remote role based in the U.S. with authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in marketing analytics or data analytics
- Strong SQL skills
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake and dbt
- Experience measuring email, direct mail, and digital marketing performance
- Understanding of attribution, marketing mix modeling, and paid channel analysis
- Solid understanding of A/B testing and experiment design
- Familiarity with analytics tagging and API data integration
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for tracking implementation
- Ability to present analysis to senior leadership
