Job Summary

Senior Marketing Analyst to partner with the global Marketing organization to measure campaign effectiveness, refine attribution models, and own dashboards that track lead-to-opportunity metrics across segments and regions. You will drive ROI by evolving marketing attribution, collaborate with Demand Generation and Integrated Marketing to optimize spend and channel performance, present quarterly performance reviews translating data into actionable insights, and work with Data Engineering to ensure marketing data from Marketo and Salesforce is correctly captured in Snowflake for scalable reporting. You’ll dive into ad-hoc analyses (e.g., regional MQL-to-SQL conversion) and propose data-backed solutions, embodying core values to contribute to cross-functional success.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Revenue Operations, or Business Intelligence within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Advanced SQL skills
  • Mastery of Tableau (or PowerBI/Sigma) to create intuitive dashboards
  • CRM knowledge (Salesforce) focusing on Lead, Contact, Campaign, and Opportunity objects
  • Experience with Attribution Models (First-touch, Multi-touch, W-shaped) and understanding of the B2B buyer’s journey
  • Strong Business Acumen (CAC, LTV, Retention)
  • Curious & Collaborative mindset for cross-functional partnership
  • Ability to translate complex analyses into clear objectives and strategic recommendations
