Job Summary
As a Senior Marketing Analyst at Capital One Software, you will drive marketing strategy through data analysis, serving as the pivotal partner for Marketing and Sales leadership. Responsibilities include translating complex data into actionable insights, developing customer journey measurement frameworks, analyzing marketing efficiency, and implementing multi-touch attribution models. You will oversee data integration across various platforms and create executive-level dashboards to present findings to stakeholders. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, business analysis, or data science
- At least 2 years of experience in people management
- At least 2 years of experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI)
- At least 2 years of experience reporting in Salesforce CRM
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
- Master's Degree or MBA with a quantitative concentration (Statistics, Economics, or Business Analytics)
- Demonstrated ability to influence C-suite or SVP-level stakeholders through storytelling and data-driven business cases
- Experience working in a product-led growth (PLG) environment, optimizing free-to-paid conversion paths
