Job Summary

Develop and execute strategic communication plans that align with organizational objectives to enhance brand reputation and engage Group Insurance Business stakeholders. Create comprehensive tactics to deliver key messages to internal and external audiences, including recurring communications for plan sponsors, advisors, and administrators. Lead the development of marketing strategies to promote brand, products, and services, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to define target segments and channels. Oversee the creation of high-quality written and visual content across newsletters, portals, and toolkits, ensuring consistent messaging and brand voice. Research industry trends and competitors to inform strategies, and track performance metrics to optimize future efforts. This 9-month contract role supports Medavie's mission to improve Canadian wellbeing through innovative health solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in business, marketing or communication discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of previous experience in developing and executing B2B marketing communications
  • Experience within a corporate environment
  • Experience working with corporate clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of Products
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to craft compelling and concise messages for various audiences
  • Strong storytelling and presentation development skills
  • Experience in crisis communications
  • Ability to manage sensitive issues
