Job Summary
Senior Market Strategy & Partnerships Manager to lead Fever’s presence in the French Music & Nightlife market. Own end-to-end efforts from originating landmark partnerships to flawless on-the-ground execution. Build and cultivate relationships with major producers, creators, venues, and stakeholders; develop and deliver a growth strategy to scale Fever in France; manage commercial strategy with large partners to create mutual value; balance a large client base with strong organizational skills; collaborate cross-functionally to drive partner growth in France and internationally; stay ahead of entertainment trends and act as the regional expert. Requires 4+ years in top-tier consulting or equivalent and an additional 4+ years in relevant sectors, plus strong business development and partnership management capabilities, fluency in French and English, and experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and standard productivity tools.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of top tier consulting or equivalent experience
- an additional 4+ years in relevant sectors (e.g. corporate management, tech companies, music / label)
- strong business development and partnership management skills
- self-starter mentality in a demanding startup environment
- data-driven approach to business and task prioritization
- excellent communication in French and English
- proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Salesforce CRM
- knowledge of the city’s entertainment, events, and lifestyle trends
