Job Summary
Conduct market research and competitive intelligence initiatives to identify emerging opportunities, threats, and trends across energy storage, power generation, and data center markets. Leverage AI-enabled research tools, survey platforms, and analytics software to accelerate insight generation, then synthesize complex findings into executive-level reports, presentations, and recommendations. Monitor competitors, regulatory developments, and industry dynamics while developing market assessments, competitor profiles, and battlecards to guide product development, brand strategy, and go-to-market decisions. Partner with Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and Leadership to translate data into actionable strategic recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of professional experience
- Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Marketing or a related field
- 5-8 years of market research experience in B2B market research, competitive intelligence, consulting, strategy or business intelligence
- Familiarity with AI driven research tools
- Travel: 5%
- Works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday
- Experience with energy, industrial, manufacturing, technology, electrical infrastructure or data center markets
- Knowledge of AI-based market research tools for data exploration, synthesis and reporting
- Knowledge of statistical and analytical tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Python, Tableau, PowerBI or similar)
- Experience with strategic frameworks such as Porter's Five Forces, SWOT, PESTLE, and Scenario Planning
- Familiarity with market sizing to determine market share: Total Addressable Market (TAM), Serviceable Addressable Market (SAM), and Serviceable Obtainable Market (SOM)

- Experience using AI-enabled market research tools, intelligence platforms, Qualtrics or similar survey platforms
- Highly skilled at translating insights into actionable recommendations through clear, well-structured reports
