Job Summary
Manage datasets to ensure program quality assurance goals are met and create detailed monthly, quarterly, and EOY report content. Prepare, analyze, and review reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for accuracy, completeness, errors, and eligibility. Assist in coordinating training activities by reaching out to potential presenters, scheduling trainings for contractors and community partners, and handling administrative tasks like coordinating with marketing on materials and event logistics. Implement programmatic enhancements to level up internal capacity for energy efficiency services. Represent the program as an energy efficiency expert when interacting with contractors, customers, and community-based organizations. Coordinate regularly with internal cross-functional teams. This primarily remote, office-based role in Oregon requires strong Excel skills, organizational abilities, and relationship-building capabilities to support program development and implementation.
Required Qualifications
