Job Summary
Own the end-to-end operating model and outcomes for provider engagement and growth programs, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies. Track program status through various data sources to translate metrics into concise updates for senior leadership and provide recommendations on priority calls and tradeoffs. Spot risks and blockers early to route them to the right owners, maintaining clear escalation pathways for fast decision-making. Fill gaps in outreach by making direct conversations with practice staff and providers to keep momentum. Partner with market operations, growth, analytics, and commercial teams to align strategies and drive decisions to resolution. Design operating models and playbooks that allow programs to scale, setting standards for other teams to follow.
Required Qualifications
- Healthcare or value-based care
- 5+ years of program management, operations, or client-facing experience
- Experience building and monitoring physician network programs and/or clinical operations
Desired Qualifications
- PMP certification
- MBA
- Fluency with data, specifically pulling, interpreting, and communicating program metrics from various tools like CRMs, and turning them into clear narratives for senior leaders
- Strong judgment on when to escalate, and comfort pushing an issue upward when it needs attention
- Confidence and warmth with external stakeholders, ability to pick up outreach to a practice, follow up with a provider, or run a check-in call and represent CPH well
- Thrive in a fast-moving, early-stage environment where priorities shift and speed matters
