Job Summary
Senior Market Manager, Client Connectivity responsible for driving revenue growth in transaction banking by leading market strategies and coordinating cross-functional teams to commercialise client connectivity capabilities (web, mobile, APIs, and channel capabilities). Defines country/region go-to-market plans, educates internal stakeholders, resolves issues impacting client onboarding and readiness, identifies market trends and opportunities, and collaborates with global product teams to align roadmaps with regulatory requirements and local needs. Acts as a subject matter expert on client connectivity, supports collateral and client pitches, and empowers product managers and IT teams to deliver market-ready solutions with measurable benefit targets.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years proven experience in transaction banking, treasury services and/or payments and cash management in a market, product/digital commercialisation or client facing role.
- Strong understanding of market systems, products and bank operations, and stages in the product lifecycle and how this translates into market management strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Good track record of bringing new product/digital capabilities to market.
