Job Summary
Provide defense market research and competitive intelligence to inform company growth strategy and help leadership make informed decisions. Research new technologies, markets, and opportunities while supporting engineering with testing, analysis, and prototype development. Run operations including planning, logistics, documentation, and vendor coordination. Work on partnerships, proposals, and communication with customers or agencies. Build scrappy solutions, tools, or processes when something doesn't exist yet. Tackle ambiguous, high-priority problems across the company. This role supports LEAP's mission of transforming space logistics with rapid-response launch solutions for national security and commercial payload deployment.

- Strong communication skills

- Comfortable working on both technical and non-technical tasks

- Experience in aerospace, defense tech, robotics, or applied logistics
- Hands-on experience with prototypes, testing, or field operations
- Familiarity with government proposals (SBIR, BAA, etc.)
