Senior Market Distribution Planner – Warehouse Lead (UK/Ireland & Nordics)

Senior Market Distribution Planner – Warehouse Lead based near Stockley Park, Uxbridge with hybrid work (three days in the office, two days optional remote). Leads short-term execution across warehouse/distribution operations in Europe, translating demand plans into actionable actions across arrivals, shortages, allocations, stock transfers, launches and service risks. Drives weekly warehouse reviews, coordinates with Commercial, Customer Service, Supply, Logistics and Demand Planning, and develops fast, practical mitigation plans to protect service and revenue. Manages priorities, constraints and critical decisions, including allocations, stock reservations, and frozen window changes, while supporting inventory health and product lifecycle execution. Acts as the link between market/warehouse operations and central supply teams, providing clear feedback on service issues, demand changes and inventory risks. Demonstrates proficiency with SAP or similar systems, Excel and Power BI, and brings a degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain, Operations, Business or related field (desirable). The role emphasizes ownership of service and execution results, proactive collaboration, disciplined follow-up, and resilient, structured operation in a fast-moving environment.
