Senior/ Market Development Executive

Job Summary
Plan and execute events ranging from small group training to large-scale conferences, recognition events, roadshows, and incentive trips. Build strong relationships with Brand Partners and key leaders to support business growth and engagement. Coordinate and deliver training, recognition, and development programs while working closely with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful event execution. Develop presentations, communications, and event materials, and support product launches, promotional campaigns, and field activities. Monitor business performance and provide insights to support market development initiatives. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, with the ability to travel and work occasional evenings or weekends when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in event management, marketing, field development, customer engagement, or a related area
- Proven experience organizing events of various sizes and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Outgoing, proactive, and confident with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative thinker who enjoys generating fresh ideas and turning them into action
- Strong interpersonal skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with Canva and basic video editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Canva Video or similar applications)
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Willing to travel and work occasional evenings or weekends when required
- Position is located in Hong Kong
