Job Summary
Manage market data financial operations by executing invoice reconciliation, billing validation, accruals, forecasting, budgeting, and General Ledger allocation. Maintain the Market Data Management platform to ensure inventory accuracy and entitlement administration while partnering with stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies and support audits. Produce recurring and ad hoc reporting on spend analysis, variance, and operational metrics to maintain financial transparency. Execute reconciliations and variance analysis to validate contracts and support regulatory reporting requirements. Requires 8-10 years of experience in market data administration, advanced Excel proficiency, and expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and ERP systems. US Citizenship or Green Card required.
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in market data administration, financial operations, or related roles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and complex financial modeling
- Strong knowledge of Market Data Management platforms, FITS, and ERP systems
- Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, discrepancies, and process improvements
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to work effectively across internal teams and external vendors
- US Citizenship or Green Card required
