Senior Maritime Structures Engineer

Job Summary
Senior Maritime Structures Engineer responsible for leading design of coastal infrastructure across Singapore and APAC, including jetties, marinas, wharves, breakwaters, seawalls and other coastal protection works. Role includes proposal writing, business development support, acting as Project Design Manager, leading cross-disciplinary design teams, providing technical leadership, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring compliance with applicable standards. Requires a Bachelor's in civil/structural engineering (Master’s advantageous), 5+ years post-graduation in a technical consultancy, and right-to-work in Singapore; preferred experience in Coastal/Port Engineering and related domains; allowed to work with remote/hybrid arrangements where possible.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering is a must
- Master’s degree an advantage
- 5+ years’ experience post-graduation in a technical consultancy
- Experience in Coastal Structures, Piers and Port Engineering, Maritime Defence infrastructure, LNG ports/terminals or equivalent
- Working knowledge of Singaporean, Australian and/or international standards/guidelines relevant to coastal structures (seawalls, revetments, breakwaters, groynes)
- Relevant registration with recognized engineering/environmental body
- Strong English language skills
- Unrestricted and permanent work rights in Singapore
