Job Summary
Book, price, and ticket crew travel itineraries to support seamless crew changes, preparing schedules according to crew change timelines and immigration policies. Create, modify, and issue PNRs within GDS systems, including Amadeus, while managing non-GDS ancillary products and ensuring compliance with data privacy and confidentiality standards. Handle multi-national crew bookings with proficiency in travel management technologies, adhering to strict shift schedules and working in Mumbai, India.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in using travel management technologies, GDS
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing marine travel
- Good proficiency in English, both oral and written
- IATA certified
- Willing to work in shifts
Desired Qualifications
- Experience handling multi-national crew
- Experience handling Filipino and Indian crew is an advantage along with European crew
- Good knowledge on European sectors along with other markets like Asia & Americas
- Experience using COMPAS or similar crew management tools is an advantage
- Proficiency in Amadeus GDS
