Job Summary
Senior Marine Insurance Account Manager responsible for serving as a senior advisor on marine cargo insurance, arranging coverage with underwriters and advising customers on coverage and policy gaps. Manage the full policy lifecycle (renewals, changes, cancellations, certificates, referrals), mentor junior account managers, ensure accuracy of client-facing documentation, perform audits to ensure regulatory and service-standard adherence, partner with Account Executives on customer strategy, and develop deep technical expertise in marine and commercial insurance products.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marine cargo insurance
- Active RIBO level 1 license (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
- Experience mentoring/training junior team members
