Senior Marine Advisor

Provide expertise and advice for the commissioning and operation of the Terminal, including liaison with engineering and operations staff on marine issues, port state government, and third-party stakeholders. Support procurement of marine services and develop procedures and training for Terminal staff. Implement operational procedures ensuring compliance with safety and marine regulations, manage marine incidents, and coordinate safety/security drills. Provide oversight on marine aspects of commercial agreements, maintain local vessel information, act as liaison with marine authorities, and represent Terminal interests in discussions with port authorities.
