Senior Manufacturing Test Engineer I (Onsite)

Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
• 8+ years of progressive experience in test engineering, with a proven track record in developing and leading automated test solutions for electronic hardware, preferably in manufacturing environments
• 5+ years of advanced, hands-on experience with LabVIEW for complex test and measurement systems, including architecture design, reusable code modules, real-time data acquisition, instrument drivers, user interfaces, and integration with external hardware
• 2+ years (ideally 4+ years at senior level) of experience with NI TestStand for architecting, sequencing, deploying, and maintaining automated test executive systems; strong proficiency in custom step types, code modules, process models, report generation, and database integration
• Ability to read, interpret, and critique electrical schematics; design, build, debug, and optimize custom test fixtures of medium complexity; troubleshoot hardware faults at component and system levels to root cause; ensure fixture reliability, repeatability, and safety in production environments for a range of electronic products
• Solid understanding of manufacturing test methods for digital and analog electronics
• Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
