Senior Manufacturing Technician

Maintain a safe working environment in a large-scale cGMP biologics facility by performing complex tasks under general guidance, following verbal and written procedures, and accurately completing production documentation. Ensure process areas remain clean, stocked, and compliant with GMPs while executing in-process analytical testing and aseptic techniques. Troubleshoot basic mechanical operations, utilize automation systems, and mentor less experienced operators. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by revising SOPs, generating work orders, and refining documentation. Operate a 12-hour rotating shift in Framingham, MA.
