Job Summary
Execute assembly, disassembly, and installation of components with rigid tolerances while determining operation sequences where specifications are vague. Troubleshoot issues with materials, parts, equipment, or products and lead corrective action implementation. Verify quality criteria, inspect defects, and ensure all outputs meet specifications, tolerances, and customer order requirements. Perform TPM and scheduled preventative maintenance on tools, equipment, and machines while operating material handling and lifting equipment safely. Adhere to standard work procedures, 6S principles, and all safety, quality, and environmental policies. Assist in advanced training of new employees and support other manufacturing areas as needed under Hyosung HICO policy direction.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to safely operate material handling and lifting equipment such as overhead cranes, forklifts, pallet jacks, motorized scissor lifts and work platforms.
- Must be able to fully discuss the importance of Hyosung HICO's Quality, Safety and Environmental Policies and how they impact work.
