Job Summary
Operate 2nd Shift SMT, Select Solder, and X-ray equipment while performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on electronic and mechanical assemblies. Read schematics, follow operation sequences, and integrate sub-assemblies into final hardware for small systems. Conduct basic electrical tests and execute complex rework and refurbishment of hardware and systems. Maintain accuracy using polarity, inspection criteria, and work order tracking systems. Join a global defense team applying advanced technologies to solve mission challenges for service members and first responders.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of relevant experience
- U.S. citizenship
- eligibility requirements for access to classified information
- Clear knowledge of polarity and inspection criteria
- Clear knowledge of Bills of Material (BOM)
- Clear knowledge of applicable work order tracking management systems
- Clear knowledge of measuring equipment and math
- solid communication skills
