Senior Manufacturing Production Control Engineer

Control and improve On Time Delivery (OTD) and Cycle Time (CT) for every customer product and new engineering lots by monitoring shipment arrangements and tracking department Key Performance Indices. Manage Fab Work In Process (WIP) and enhance cycle time simulation models to forecast OTD and CT for the next three to six months. Launch new products smoothly into production lines while supporting R&D to ensure technology projects meet delivery targets. Collaborate with Customer Services to fulfill requirements and conduct daily bottleneck tool Deep Dives with IE, Manufacturing, and Module staff. Contribute to quality objectives through continuous improvement activities focused on defect prevention and waste reduction. This role requires a degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing with five years of Manufacturing Production Control experience and one year of foundry semiconductor background.
