Job Summary
Manage employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines while developing and executing business plans, policies, and procedures. Acquire resources, provide technical management of suppliers, and lead process improvements across safety, quality, delivery, cost, innovation, and people. Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes while maintaining relationships with customers, stakeholders, and direct reports. Develop and motivate teams to produce the Patriot Advanced Capability-3 seeker. Requires U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a final U.S. Secret clearance. Shift 1; salary $141,950–$192,050.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working as a leader or manager
- 3+ years of experience driving improvements across safety, quality, delivery, cost, innovation, and people on production and development programs
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional and Lean+ projects
- 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams in a production/manufacturing environment
- Ability to work any shift, as needed, as business conditions change
- U.S. Citizenship
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
- A final post-start U.S. Secret clearance is required
- Must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
- Subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met

- Active Security clearance preferred
