Job Summary
Repair and maintain preventive maintenance on all mechanical systems including weight feeders, scales, conveyors, hot oil, steam, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and PLC systems including ladder logic, servo equipment, and combustion controls. Perform metal fabrication, machining, and facility maintenance while managing parts inventory and supporting engineering on new product development. Conduct housekeeping duties to ensure plant safety and appearance. This role requires 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience across multiple utility systems, with a 2/2/3 shift schedule from 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am. Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds, work at heights up to 30 feet, and operate in varying temperatures. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong experience with industrial boilers
- Strong experience with air compressor systems
- Strong experience with hot oil systems
- Strong experience with chillers
- Strong experience with hydraulic systems
- Strong experience with PLC troubleshooting
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Safety-first mindset
