Senior Manufacturing Engineering Technician

Job Summary
Support new product introductions and product transfers by developing manufacturing procedures, designing tooling and fixtures, and executing process validation activities including IQ/OQ/PQ. Implement cost reduction and productivity improvement projects while conducting time studies to optimize manufacturing standards. Maintain manufacturing documentation in Epicor, create part numbers and routings, and train production personnel on new processes and equipment. Troubleshoot manufacturing issues, support equipment qualification, and lead corrective and preventive actions for NCRs, CARs, and PARs. This hands-on role requires formal technical education, knowledge of GDP and ISO, and at least six months of employment with Resonetics.
Required Qualifications
- Familiarity with ISO
- Good written and verbal communication
- Technical writing skills
- Minimum of 6 months of employment with Resonetics
- Formal education in a technical field or an engineering degree, either completed or with advanced progress toward completion
- Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service-oriented attitude
- No active disciplinary actions
- Visa and passport are required
Desired Qualifications
- Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes is preferred
- English proficiency (written and verbal) is preferred
- Experience with, or knowledge in Laser Systems
- Experience with, or knowledge in Nitinol
