Job Summary

Design and develop processes for factory transformation projects and equipment implementation to improve productivity, quality, and energy consumption. Provide technical expertise for welding and braze process problems, lead cause/effect investigations, and design flow lines that optimize efficiency and operating costs. Serve as the subject matter expert for code and regulatory compliance, including ASME, AWS, and PED standards, while generating work instructions and standardized procedures. Partner with on-site EHS to ensure all equipment meets OSHA safety regulations and uphold manufacturing standards for tooling, fixtures, and cycle times. This role requires 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, MIG/TIG welding skills, and a Bachelor's degree in engineering.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Project Management experience
  • Process Automation experience
  • AutoCAD or similar design software experience
  • MIG welding experience (manual and robotic)
  • TIG welding experience (manual and robotic)
  • ASME code compliance knowledge
  • AWS code compliance knowledge
  • PED code compliance knowledge
  • Familiarity with pressure vessel welding process
  • Ability to coach, advise and develop teammates and peers
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • On-Site (5 days) availability
  • Pass additional drug screening
