The role also involves mentoring junior engineers, managing multiple high-profile projects, and supporting cross-departmental functions including Production, Engineering, and Quality. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, extensive experience in manufacturing engineering, and proven leadership abilities alongside specific qualifications in Lean Sigma methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- 7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related discipline
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Medical device manufacturing experience
Desired Qualifications
- Lean Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
- Polymer Science background
- Lean Kaizen background
