Job Summary

Lead complex manufacturing, automation, capacity, and productivity initiatives supporting safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth objectives. Provide technical leadership for processes, equipment, and systems while managing projects from business case through implementation and validation. Develop scopes, budgets, schedules, risk plans, and resource plans to establish engineering standards and scalable manufacturing solutions. Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Finance to support capital planning, manufacturing roadmaps, and long-term capacity strategies. Mentor engineers and technicians to strengthen team capability and present recommendations to plant and business leaders. Requires 7–10 years of progressive manufacturing engineering experience with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 7–10 years of progressive manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional projects from concept through implementation
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing process design, capacity analysis, labor optimization, line balancing, process capability, and root-cause problem solving
  • Experience with capital equipment, automation, manufacturing launches, capacity expansion, facility changes, and advanced manufacturing technologies
  • Experience with capital planning, manufacturing roadmaps, and ERP/MES or other manufacturing data systems
  • Lean, Six Sigma, automation, controls, robotics, digital manufacturing, or related advanced manufacturing credentials
  • Proven ability to influence across functions without formal authority
  • Strong communication, project leadership, and business acumen
  • On-Site (5 days)
