Job Summary
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will lead technical qualification efforts and support product launches while managing relationships with core suppliers for the steel manufacturing processes. Candidates are required to have substantial experience in heavy steel fabrication and demonstrated capabilities in project management and process improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering (or higher)
- 8–10 years’ experience in heavy steel fabrication
- Experience with India steel manufacturers and manufacturing processes and regulations
- Proven experience in at least two of the following processes: stamping, drilling, laser cutting, tube bending, or welding
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Advanced communication skills (written and verbal)
- Fluent oral and written communications in English
