Senior Manufacturing Engineer (Product Process Engineer)

Senior PPE Lead focused on manufacturability, NPI, and the product life cycle; leads transfer of production work between suppliers, ensures compliance with technical requirements, and minimizes quality risks during transitions. Supports operations and cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Supplier Management, Repairs, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Product Support, and Suppliers) to drive continual improvements in Rolled Throughput Yield, safety, on-time delivery, efficiency, and COPQ reduction. Responsible for audits, regulatory/compliance matters, and representing the company in customer and supplier meetings; oversees documentation, training, and monitoring of supplier capabilities to meet product specifications. Develops repeatable, quality-driven production processes for electronics and mechanical assemblies, troubleshoots failed boards, and identifies root causes and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
